I Dont know top 5 but 2 must read Book by Osho are :

      1) Meditation - The First & Last Freedom

      2) The Book of Secrets : The word ‘Tantra‘ often gives rise to the feeling of mystery and is often misinterpreted by many people. However, this book by Osho demystifies this ancient science and presents in a manner that it can be applied to modern life.

The Book of Secrets talks in detail about meditation and how it can help improve self awareness and improve the daily functions of life. Each meditation and exercise is explained in detail discussing its history and effects on the mind and body. The instructions provided in the book are practical and are easy to follow and implement.

According to me Some of the Best Books of Osho which are good to start and also most popular are :
        • Return to the Source - This book delves deep into our mundane affairs and also gives a glimpse about how Zen people used to live. A practical guide to living consciously.
        • Walking in Zen and Sitting in Zen - Again a classical book on Zen monks and here he answers questions on vast topics also.
        • Tao Upanishad - Whatever I can say in praise of this book will be less. Its deep, really deep. Every time you read it, you will find something new. Keep reading it. This one is a must read.
        • Krishna, the Man and his philosophy - A complete book covering many aspects of Krishna and most importantly- his philosophy.
        • Courage, The Joy of Living Dangerously - It is what its name suggests. Deals with our limits that we have put on ourselves and how to break it every time
